Returns & Refunds

Here at Hounds Haberdashery our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It is important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

As most of our collars are handmade to your custom requirements we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the products.

If you are not happy with an item but the item is not faulty e.g. it doesn’t fit or you would prefer a different design or style, please contact us as we may be able to exchange it for another one.

Please return the item to us in it’s original condition (the condition in which it was sold) no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will then send out the replacement product on receipt of the returned item.

Prior to returning the item, please contact us on returns@houndshaberdashery.co.uk and we will guide you through our simple returns process.
